You fly the Toms River rescue helicopter, based on the roof of Community Medical Center. Calls come in from all over the township:
people stranded on roofs, swimmers in trouble on the river and bay, car crashes, house fires, traffic reports and police chases.

Skydive: jump out (above 500 ft). Space pulls the canopy, AD steer, S brakes and flares. In freefall QER do loops and rolls, F sits or goes head-down, C changes camera. The helicopter holds a hover till you're back

Lower the water bucket, fill it low over water, drop it on fires. Dead center puts it out in one; any fire takes two at most

Select a call · take it · pass it to another unit. P1 calls pay 1.5×, P3 pay 0.75×. Passing is always free, and a call you don't answer in 30 s just goes to another unit. The clock on a call starts when you take it; if it runs out you don't get paid, but you aren't fined either

Rescue level: each finished call or patient delivery adds a star (+10% pay each). Crashing loses them all, and two quiet minutes lets one slip

Hover close and slow to winch people up, then land on the hospital pad to drop them off. Landing on the pad also refuels and repairs. Yellow FUEL pads with a tanker truck (⛽ on the map) refuel you anywhere in town. Don't hit buildings.
Left stick: push up to fly forward, sideways to turn. Right stick: up/down to climb or descend, sideways to slide. Buttons: take calls, bucket (BKT), drop water, camera, map. AP (autopilot) flies you to the call, the hospital, or holds a hover so you can set the phone down. Tap the dispatch bar to see every call. Pinch to zoom, drag the view to look around. Works upright or sideways; sideways shows more.
